Family Solicitor - Wigan

Farleys Solicitors LLP, now part of the Lawfront group, is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join our growing team in Wigan. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at Associate or Senior Associate level within a firm that combines deep local roots with national backing.

Following our recent acquisition of Alker Ball Healds Solicitors, Farleys has expanded its presence in Wigan, bringing together trusted legal expertise and a modern, people-first approach. You’ll be joining a team that’s known for delivering clear, compassionate advice across a wide range of family law matters.

What You’ll Be Handling

• Divorce and separation
• Financial settlements, including high-value and business-related assets
• Child arrangements and parental disputes
• Domestic abuse and protective orders
• Prenuptial and cohabitation agreements

You’ll manage your own caseload, contribute to team development, and play a key role in shaping our family law offering in the region.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years’ PQE in family law
• Strong technical knowledge and client-handling skills
• Experience with complex financial matters and HNW clients
• A proactive, empathetic, and commercially aware mindset
